From the minute I turned on the TV to a game of basketball, it was not what I expected. The ball whizzed to each player before your eyes. Every member of the team played with all their might.. I watched the Midwest regional finals of Louisville verses Michigan State. This game was played in Indianapolis. Indiana. There was passing, dribbling and aggressiveness in every shot. Michigan State in their forest greeen jerseys and Louisville in their white and red jerseys played a good game. But, Michigan State won. Thanks to Michigan State’s hard work their team is going on to the final four.

Last Thursday night (3-26) I watch an amazing game if Connecticut V.S. Purdue. This game was very interesting to me. At the end I was extremely joyful that my team (Connecticut) won! This game was full of amazing shots. Also there was a person named Hasheem Thabeet (who now is my favorite player because of what I’m going to tell you), who scored fifteen points in this game and that’s a lot for one person in a game! I also think that this was very important to this game. He also had fifteen rebounds and blocked four shots which also were extremely important to this game. Without this Purdue most likely won the game. I thought it was a very amazing score. The score was 72-60. I could never even score that many points in a basketball video game! But unfortunately I didn’t catch any items that involved social studies or science.

Today on Sunday at 2:20 p.m., I am watching the basketball game. It is Michigan State vs. Louisville. The game starts off with Michigan State taking the ball. Louisville took the first shot, and could’ve gotten 2 points. Michigan State took the first 2 points in 2 minutes. One of the coaches has taken 3 different teams to the final four, it’s history!

I watched part of the North Carolina vs. Oaklahoma basketball game on Sunday. This is the first time I have ever watched basketball. My brother and my mom told me about some of the rules of the game while we watched. I think you really have to work together and, really pay attention to eachoter to score. It must take alot of practice to score from the 3 point line during a game. North Carolina ceramed Oaklahoma during the game last night. I will watch again sometime and, mabey even go play with my brothers.

    NCAA Paragraph Post

The game Michigan State V.S. Kansas was great. The score was very close it was 62 Kansas and 67 Michigan State. There were lots of 3 pointers and dunks. The game was a good match between the two teams there were lots of iffy shots but they went in. The players know how to play B ball. On one of the commercials they showed Barack Obama playing basketball he was good he attempted a tip but it went off the backboard and to the other team. There were lots of great free throws I learned how to release the ball better after watching them shoot they almost Jayed every shot. The game was cut close and Michigan State won and now they are in the Elite 4 I hope they win the tournament and they are a great team. I learned a lot about the tournament and the NCAA it was a great learning opportunity so I can become more talented at Basketball. Basketball is a great sport and the NCAA is a great association.

Oklahoma 60 vs. North Carolina 72

Wow the things I saw during the game of Oklahoma vs. North Carolina. This year Blake Griffin might be the nations best players. But apperently that diddn’t stop North Carolina from winning. Because Oklahoma got 60 and North Carolina got 72 boy I really thought that Oklahoma would win the game. And North Carolina is in the Final Four for the second year in a row. :-)

My team for March Madness is The Arizona Wildcats. They made it up to the sweet sixteen. They lost to Louisville in the sweet sixteen. Louisville 103 and Arizona 64. When Louisville won on their last shot the teammates on the bench jumped up and started to dance. During the game Louisville was dunking and shooting away. At the end the coach of Arizona, Herb Sendek, started crying and hugged the other coach. What basketball has to do with school is math and social studies. In math the score is relate, the angle they shoot in. In social studies economy because all the money people have to pay for the tickets and how much the players get paid. Geography because where the stadiums are located. History because some of the players in history or the most points scored in the history of basketball. :D

    March Madness
I watched the game where University of North Carolina played Oklahoma State. University of North Carolina won the game and will be moving on to the Elite 8. The final score was 72 to 60 with North Carolina winning by 12 points. The game was related to science because if someone got hurt, they would need to know about the human body and how to treat the injury and it is related to physics because of the way the ball moves on the court. It is related to math because they have to add up the points scored, the players have numbers on their backs, they have to add and subtract at the ticket counter when selling tickets and souvenirs for the game, and adding the total number of tickets sold so they don’t over sell the seats. Reading is also involved in a basketball game because you have to be able to read the scoreboard and the program. Social Studies is involved because the game is in the playoffs and the score goes down in history.

I watched the sweet six teen game it was louisville witch was verseing my team the arizona wildcats. Unfortenly my team the arizon wildcats lost 64 to 103 but I have to admitt that the game was way more interesting than I thought it would be Ill be sure to watch it next year just for tghe fun of it . This has alot to do with school by these reasons, it has to do with social studies because of the money people need to pay to get inm wich is econamy and math because thjey have to add up the points and plenty more different things.
